The most prominent goal of MKULTRA, to me, seems to be de-population. Obviously it is used for more general control, but in our time that control is mostly to lower birthrates. But maybe I think that simply because that is the operation I am contained in.

I assume it is younger anons who do not see the patterns because it is decades of information and most humans are froward. It needs to happen within the span of their lived experience to be noticed. Or do you expect them to read books and create a gestalt greater than their lived experience? Asking too much.
