it is in area 51, it is several hundreds of meters big(37°25'48.6"N 116°51'05.9"W), i traced over the photo, theres an extremely similar one a few hundred meters south of it too.

According to sattelite imagery this was made between 2006.04 and 2006.09

The older version is there since satellite imagery is archived, its older than 1985.12
