Yeah, I also feel like there are so many minor inconveniences that aren't "bad" when taken individually, and aren't closely related to one another to complain about without sounding like a little bitch.
So people who aren't self aware or conscious enough aren't gonna notice anything, but for people like us it's a manufactured hell you can't escape unless you are willing to be deemed crazy/clinically insane or risk homelessness or getting ostracized by family.
I feel like, because nothing is natural anymore, everything goes against the grain so to speak. There is a lot of friction in every action that you do, even the most insignificant action or thought is met with a ton or resistance and inconvenience. In the natural world, even hard tasks are usually done seamlessly and the flow is real. Take for example transportation. Why would time be an issue? Without a clock, I don't have a "time" I need to get to a place. And if the food that I eat isn't accessible by foot within a day's distance, then there are bigger problems at hand than simply "getting from A to B sooner"
