Anons, I need assistance. I’ve been currently been dealing with this nightmare for the better part of five years at this point.

The nightmare goes like this, I’m awake within my dream and I see my surroundings yet cannot move. I hear my door open and hear and feel big feet walking towards me. The figure is a massive think elongated woman who’s drenched in water wearing a wedding dress and a veil. Her face is covered but her jaw is severely detached almost. I then go to grab her after she stares towards me for a long time and she screams. A scream that you can only describe as a death scream. She then frantically crawls on me and around the room like a cornered animal looking to escape. She then flees out of sight into the void of darkness but I still her the sobbing.

I’ve gone to therapy which they are confused, I’ve gone to others who don’t understand this. Do you anons know what this is?

Don't bother trying to fuck her. Inside dreams you are basically god as in a invisible ball that imagines everything in that world

First, I'm sure you've considered this, but this dream is taking place within you.

Second, this is going to be the difficult part.
Next time you have this dream in order to find your answer you must do something.
You're being held still in your dream for a reason, by yourself.
Don't grab her.
Instead you have to let her know she's not invisible to you. That you see her, that you hear her, that she is a part of you that you've severed so completely that she cannot even talk.
Next time you see her just speak to her, even if only with your mind. Tell her that you will not harm her. Tell her that you're present, and listening. That you want to understand.
When you grab her you're repeating exactly the trauma that cost her the ability to speak, and thats the pain and sobbing you hear.
She desperately want to reconnect with you, just like you want to figure out what this all means.
Remember that this isn't a nightmare, this is just... you

I'm not sure, anon, I rarely get nightmares myself so i wish i could give specific advice. The only general things I can recommend is to make sure you're getting your adequate sunlight exposure daily without sun burning because it's good for your mental health, and make sure your vitamins and minerals are at sufficient levels because that could cause weird nightmares as well. Thanks and good luck anon

Maybe it's "bride of your youth" that the Bible talks about. Your Eve. But what happened to her after the fall?

What is this “ bride of youth”? I’m unfortunately not familiar with this.
