Been living like a hermit for a while now and writing songs and stuff to keep my mind occupied, digging deep into my subconscious for just the right word, for my lyrics, for days on end.
Back in the winter I was sleeping 12 hours a day, lucid dreaming perfectly and experienced multiple mystical experiences. I also discovered that the entire body can vibrate like a cellphone in a higher state.
I'm not here to share my story, this is not a blog. I'm only here for a spiritual interaction.

Its not a higher state. That's what they want you to believe to make you think you're really "outside". You're not. There's another layer that's inaccessible to "them" but they will try to convince you it isn't real out of spite and jealousy.

Without drugs you need to induce your body into liminal states and put your mind through a little abuse (lack of sleep, nofap, obsessive fixating on a symbolic system).

You basically have to prime your brain/body for having a natural mystical experience. Jung's Red Book and Liber Psychonauts are best starting points if read between the lines.
