I'd like to have one of those lucid dreams where you slow down time in it so the dream feels like months are going by. I've had one before just not purposely. It happened when I laid down in a bed in the dream and went to sleep. How do I have one again?

Best method is back to sleep method. Wake up at normal time, eat a light breakfast, then go back to sleep. It's how I have ez obe/lucid dreams since I was a teenager. Not sure why it works but it does for me.

Maybe you are having one right now, and eventually you will wake up and discover that you are only 8yo and all your life since then was just a stupid dream that felt so real and seemed to last so long.
