As a neutral third party who doesn't have any reason to place one group over another i am really sick of Christians accursing pagans of larping.
Pagans just aren't larpers, in fact very much unlike Christianity i have never once met a pagan that was in any way insincere about their beliefs. Granted pagans are usually far left or far right but that does not disqualify them from being sincere. I have met more "cultural christians" and people who blatantly ignore every word of their holy book except the lines that gives them free license to hate. In fact if you DIRECTLY QUOTE any of the constant lines about empathy, forgiveness, grace, how the poor are blessed and the rich cursed, turning the other cheek, etc from their holy book they mindlessly post pic related even if you are a fellow Christian. Why? It's not because they sincerely believe those lines are out of context. It's because they don't believe that the bible is the word of God or even divinely inspired. They believe that it gives them a reason why their hate/virginity is righteous and that is all they care about. They are literal larpers.

Christianity makes a lot of sense when you stop viewing it through the lens of "love everybody", and instead realize that the true message of the religion is "love your fellow white people and throw breadcrumbs to the occasional uncle tom minority that glorifies white people, if only to indoctrinate them as workers in service of our ultimate success". Yeah, yeah...I know, most will respond with, "but Jews wrote the Bible bro... it's all part of their scheme". Once you do enough research and reslize that Europeans are the lost tribes of Israel and the modern "Jews" are just corrupted Aryan mutts who have jewfros because they were part of a sect that abandoned the one true God in favor of a gay demon who convinced them to interbreed with lesser races, you'll get the bigger picture. Just take every lesson in the Bible and apply it as if only white people mattered, and suddenly it becomes the greatest doctrine for our success. Christianity is the key to our dominance over this world, which is why we were most successful when Europeans were predominantly Christian. Abandoning these beliefs is what led us astray. Jews have done a wonderful job of convincing many whites that our birthright was some phony text contrived by them, because that is what Jews do: they lie. We were most powerful when we BWC'd the entire world in the name of God almighty, conquering every inch of land and spreading the name of the one that glorifies us. Now, ask yourself why Jews are so motivated in getting whites to abandon Christianity in favor of liberalism, paganism, and the worship of Doordash, Twitch, Pornhub and Netflix.

Are there different names for the different cults/religious practices under the umbrella term "pagan?" I know the Anglo-Saxons had people practicing animism, ancestor worship, Norse pantheon worship, and magic, but are there separate terms for each of those?

OP's absolutely a neutral third party because everything he's saying is just factual about Christians. Pagans are probably also shitheads but there's a whopping 7 of them per geographical region that actually know anything about pagan belief and worship, so it's way harder to find any of them, let alone find them when they're acting like shitheads.

As a Christian, this is why so many people leave the church. They view the Gospel, ironically enough, in the same way atheists view it. Just a collection of stories rather than an active, lived philosophy. And most Christians practice Christianity, ironically enough, in the same way pagans do. It's a series of rites and rituals that are only preformed when needed rather than being an active, lived philosophy.

Christianity is, first and foremost, a guide on how to interact with the world around you, both real and meta-physical to ensure peak happiness and satisfaction with life (take that as you may). Part of this is making others happy (Matt 22:37-40). Any Christian who uses The Gospel to tear others down rather than building others up is, quite frankly, missing the point. This is why so many people are leaving the Church, and it's because atheists are right, in a sense. The version of Christianity so many devote themselves to is a false version, imagined in their own mind, that is twisted into what Atheists claim the Chruch to be. This contortion, in the modern day, is unsustainable as a form of spiritual sustainence.

It is true that pagans, christians, gnostics, all generally benevolently intentioned religions are ultimately on the same team.

It is false that there exist any neutral third parties in all reality.

Paganism is too fringe and abnormal for me to think every pagan is legit. Christianity is so deeply embedded in our society I don't really think twice about it and assume most people are either Christians or at least believe in the Christian God
