The world is super mysterious and we don't know anything at all. Therefore the more metaphysical beliefs you stack up like buffs, the closer to truth you get. Think about it. WOuld you rather believe you are immortal, you are the same soul as everyone else, time is looping, all that shit, or would you just "oh ill stick to social, material and economic immediacy" like a boring person.

So what I'm saying is.. take the everything pill. You don't have to prove shit. Just come up with stuff and convince yourself with spiritual energy investments bypassing logic and eventually knowing in experience posteriorly that the beliefs are true.
