Astrology helps you know yourself and others. Tarot is more about divination. Meditation is nonmagical but it helps you become mentally and spiritually free. I'd recommend starting with Astro because it will clarify your base stats, tell you your strengths and weaknesses and then you can begin to make adjustments to fix things

I can only tell you what helped me. meditation and spiritual protection magick helps, no fap, and sexual transmutation, chanting mantras tootoo, so you can be more sovereign and find your true will. Forrest Knutson on YouTube has the best videos about meditation. inner child work, and prayer/religious system, personally I dislike the shame of abrhamic religions, so what is most comprehensive to me is Buddhist and Santana dharma, they have the broadest view. Christian Judaism and islam can work, but require a very high level of devotion, if you look at it as a boat, the boats of sanatana dharma and Buddhism have the least amount of holes. be loving to yourself even if you feel you don't deserve it. you already know the things you can do to make your life better, take small steps, it is going to be painful either way, but on one side, the side of love it's way brighter. you can change. what would someone who loves themselves do? that's one of the big questions ask yourself writdown the answers, and go in ant like steps. good luck.
