You have to meditate on your third eye and get into lucid dreaming and astral traveling. You have to have something in common regarding angels demons and interdimensional shit with them. If you do the right practices you light up like a lightbulb in a dark ocean and entities will start interacting with you. I don't recommend this if you aren't seeking God and ultimate reality though, if you are a pleb you will be food for the sharks.
