Nintendo games have surprisingly a lot actually, if you really analyze them
>Mario 3 & Mario 64 masonic stuff
>Zelda worldbuilding themed around a divine trinity, infinite cycles, and esoteric Nazi symbolism. Zelda creation myth is also similar to the Greek one
>Pokemon's creator deities' lore, specifically from leaked gamefreak documents, are way more in depth and abstract than most games get into. Has the cosmic egg thing and weird gnostic pre-universal conflicts happening
>Majority of Kirby lore all stems from a singular "incredible power" that's literally just the prima materia from alchemical texts. One of the games even has a cult bringing back their dark overlord using said power. Also implied to take place far in the future with humans being seen as "ancients" who utilized incredible technology reverse engineered from alien life
Splatoon is also post apocalyptic and so is Pikmin (maybe?) but nothing too paranormal with those other than the weird "wraith" things in Pikmin.

mother series is related to GATE kid stuff. 3rd game has a troon in a hot spring hold the main character underwater until he has an NDE and his psychic powers get unlocked.
i wonder if anyone will get in-depth sperging about stuff in Mother. the girl character prays as a special attack, there's a few parts where the chrs consume psychedelics, there's a weird "heaven" where dead people can be found, there's a blue cult, there's inverted world... underground dinosaurs.
earthbound was amazing, wish i played it more than once.

>>40780531 Nintendo seems to have multiple nods to the pleiadians/tall whites in their games. Rosalina fits the bill pretty much perfectly. She's a nordic blond woman with platinum hair, and shes even about 7 feet tall, and comes from outer space. She's basically a superhuman and has special powers.
The exact same thing goes for Samus aran, who is also a 7 foot tall, superhuman spacewoman.
Why does Nintendo keep making their outer-space characters look exactly like pleiadians? It can't be a coincidence both times

>>40780621 MOTHER has enough X stuff for an entire thread. Itoi gave a lot of interviews around the release of the first game, where he basically said he read thousands of books on all kinds of different subjects as research before writing the games. It seems that he became absolutely obsessed with the occult, and MOTHER2 is designed specifically to incorporate as many occult themes as possible.

Just think for a moment about all the locations in MOTHER 2, and you'll realise that they are set up for the express purpose of introducing a different occult theme in each chapter.

Onett is an american mountain town shrouded in trees. The first sanctuary is "giant step" made by bigfoot.
Twoson is a town that's been overrun by a cult that references Aum Shinriyko (who bombed a subway 1 year after this games released). Their cult leader is also named Carpainter, which is a reference to Jesus.
Threed pretty much speaks for itself, a place where Giygas has resurrected the dead to do his bidding.
Winters has the loch ness monster, and more importantly, stonehenge, which you later find out is an alien base.
Fourside has you go through a psychedelic trip.
In summers you're fed "magic cake" which is obviously laced with drugs, and allows you to contact Poo through the spirit realm.
Scaraba takes you to the Egyptian Pyramids, where you have to push buttons in the shape of a pentagram to gain access to a sacred temple.

There is much much more, but the point is that Itoi became absolutely obsessed with the occult while making these games, and actively designed the entire game around showcasing these themes. There's definitely more though, and I might go into more detail in an actual thread.

Teams that dont have any positive suggestion, either. Just terrorist and counter-terrorist. And how specific that they use a terrorist, and not any other combatant term. One that definitely implies trying to harm and cause fear in non-combatants.

I bring up this challenge not to dismiss the occult in media, but to show that pointing it out in any particular media is not interesting.
Mario has occult? Yeah, no shit.
Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow has spiritual implications? Yeah, no shit.
STORYTELLING is deeply connected to the occult.
GAMES, and the activity of overcoming, is occult.
You show me a game with no occult themes, and I will show you that you dont have a game.

In a bet to determine who is correct, the two decide to separately visit locations associated with both the extraterrestrial and the occultโ€”Momo visiting the former, and Okarun the latter. Momo is abducted by a group of aliens who accidentally unblock her chakras, enabling latent psychic abilities.

I like that it shows that both these things can exist in the same world... I haven't read the manga but I wonder if it also alludes to the idea that these concepts are one in the same...?

>>40785870 The idea that his resemblance to a fetus is a "coincidence" is complete bullshit.
Reading starmen.net in 2007, I saw where this cope started. Abortion was the controversy of the day, and mods didnt want it being discussed on their kid-friendly forum, so they made up all kinds of shit to shut down the topic.

The claim is that the random distortion on his sprite led to the baby head shape. But the distortion is a post-processing effect applied to a hand made sprite. picrel shows the handmade sprite before any distortion, and its very clearly designed to display a baby in ultrasound, having his mind infected by a demon.
They also went through great pains to make the "devils machine" and all its effects resemble an ultrasound, which is not easy on the SNES.

Nevermind the fact that you literally go back in time to when Giygas was at his weakest, in order to kill him more easily. If you were going to do that, why the fuck wouldnt you abort him in the womb? Of course it's an abortion.
