When Youtube released the "handle" feature, anybody that did not select one was given a randomly generated series of numbers/letters appended to the username - (e.g. a channel with the title of John123 would become @john-jw7es , or @john14890, etc). The channel that posted the Skinny Bob video has updated their handle to match their username - @ivan0135 , meaning they have been active since October 2022.

according to me youtube generates you a username even if you don't use the account, that happened to me, probably they generated that user atomatically, although now we can know that the name of the creator is ivan

It also seems that the suspected creator of the Skinny Bob video (Bedeekin) has updated his handle since 2022, even though he hasn't posted since 2012.
