Recommend dry fasting. Three days. Ideally with reduced access to anything too stimulating like porn or the internet which can bring a quick hit of dopamine.
If it some sort of hormonaĺ fuckery or stress that pushed your sister to self harm, fasting for three days can help balance the hormones.
If it some sort of demonic/spirit fuckery, the reduction of desires from doing a clean three day fasting would help to resist the fuckery somewhat.
Another recommended act is to take bath with flower infused water. Choose multiple flower, preferably those related to burial, put in water for hours, use it to take a bath. The infusion helps reduce stress and help to purify the impurity of dead spirit thing.
