Hey guys. Here's a new tip that has worked for me many times. Literally just float in the lake for hours, like it's an awesome spiritual energy replenishment. I laid in the lake today for like four hours just staring at the sky, clouds, nature, waves, birds, fish, insects, what have you. Floating like a pole, on my back, eyes closed, open, whatever. It doesn't really matter what you do, deep meditation, active rumination, it still replenishes. So it's similar to microgravity, womb-like environment, you can stretch and contort and fix your joints, fascia, muscles etc, but most of all it calms down the weirdness in the mind, like walking back from the lake my vision was clearer and nature was more colorful and I saw more beauty.
