Stop using this word as a catch all, you and most of /x/ sound so very stupid.
There is a MYSTICAL or MAGIC way to do it.
But to get to a point where you could use your internal to affect the external - you would have to become detached enough to a point where you no longer care about the dimensions of your external body.
It's Catch-22.
The only people that can change their body through pure will would never have any care about how the temporary flesh add-on looks.

Depends on your age. If you're under 25 you can try adding a drop of iodine to water or milk each day, or eat more fish(for the iodine). Small doses though, more would just poison you. If over 25, sorry the human body is finished growing.

Why would you want to be taller? Short people have the most sex!!!! Short people on average have 10-20 times activity..Taller people is about 1-2 times every 1 or 2 months.
