Just watched this today. Surprisingly a lot of genuine occult and conspiracy knowledge hidden in this film.

Plot is about a girl and her dad visiting some rich people (basically elites/corporation owners), and on the way there they hit a unicorn crossing the road. The girl touches it's horn as it's injured and it immediately gives her an intense cosmic vision of something beautiful before her dad tries to kill it. Later they realized the blood and more importantly it's horn can heal any illness, and the elite rich people immediately take advantage of it (real elites probably do this with whatever actual powerful healing things we have like this IRL).

The unicorns have a bond with the girl also, and she can feel their pain when the horn is cut off at one point. Also inhaling the dust ground from a horn gives you intense visions, as one of the rich characters does later. "Alchemical" is a term I remember the main rich guy use when describing the potential of the unicorns power too.

Basically: movie implies that a lot of old legends and myths are probably real and we're the ones who are wrong, and it also accurately showcases the horrible powers that be as they are, exploiting innocent beings for eternal life. Also the MC girl actually mentions that unicorns are used as symbols to represent Christ, also shown to be due to their resurrection abilities they exhibit in the final scenes. Also the ending subtly implies the unicorns (and humans) are "from" another realm entirely, and the visions mentioned before were them showing her that. Very cool stuff in this thriller-horror movie on the surface.
(Not really a TLDR) But w/e

Yes, that's what OP is trying to say. It's "basic knowledge" here where we are because you are on an occult board where people (generally) are more aware of the occult. What OP is trying to say is that a movie not made for those more aware of the occult is showing them the ancient and "basic" knowledge about the subject in an easily digestible manner. And that's cool. It mean someone knew enough to push it into media and try to teach others who might only know unicorns as rainbow pooping horses on little girl spiral notebooks.

the rhinoceros might be yet another chimera from the days of Sumer, probably a real unicorn spliced with elephant.
but why are these called "uni" corns instead of duocorns or bicorns or whatever??? anyway, Appalachia seems to host really dark, deep, interesting mysteries. and is hella gatekept by the people who live there. crazy stories out of that region. probably a genuine magic wonderland that'll rip you to shreds and eat you alive.

Then they failed by saying it is "hidden" when it isnt. At all.
>It's "basic knowledge" here where we are because you are on an occult board
It basic wiki searching. Just go Google "history of unicorn" and you can find everything in the movie, and more.
There is nothing "hidden" about any of this.
> showing them the ancient and "basic" knowledge about the subject
The writers looked up "unicorn myth", as literally anyone can do.
That you think is is some disclosure of hidden knowledge is pathetic, and shows just how fallen and sad this board has become.

Morons arguing over the nature of disclosure
Disclosure isnโ€™t inherently disclosure if it never went away. Movies are getting โ€œobviousโ€ in their โ€œmessagingโ€ because morons ((like you)) need to have it be spoon-fed to audiences at this point so their practices still have purpose. Writers will always be lazy if itโ€™s in their nature, and will churn out whatever their rat brain thinks will get them good boy points in Hollywood, unbeknownst to them that cannot by definition create anything worth recognizing by the masses.

casting spells and not realizing it is the saddest existence of all. You have all of the knowledge right here at your fingertips. You USE the knowledge to better your day to day. And you have the audacity to say it's not magic.

Besides this point, it's very clear you haven't seen the movie. My personal favorite little tidbit is how powerful the bio-electrical powers of unicorns are. You're still seeing at a surface level. "They're just unicorns!" but they are not. The unicorns are the metaphor for "other worldly beings made of the same bio-electical fields that make up us as humans, that drive our thoughts and emotions as well as our physical beings. The unicorns in this movie are being with a MUCH HIGHER electrical current. One so strong it creates auroras in the sky when their emotions start to fly.

As far as this goes, it's just about people wanting things to be "esoteric" but they're not. They're out there. With the nature of the internet the second someone learns something they can teach it to you. There's nothing esoteric or hidden anymore. It's all out there. You just need to know how to look for it.

wellll sort of. it's funny. most people don't understand that HOUSECATS are snake chimeras, and manuls are the real cats. there's docus on this, or you can look up similarities between housecats and snakes.
there's gotta be other chimeras we take for granted. the original gets marginalized and forgotten, the fake is aggressively shoved down everyone's throats.

Panda's have sharp fangs and eat only bamboo. But perhaps it's deeper than that... They might have fangs as a means of deterring mortals from trying to harm them, because sharp fangs = dangerous. The real reason is because they needed the horror movie to be scarier probably, but it's still interesting to imagine if there's something more to it.
