The chinese space station Tiangong‑1 has crashed (well, burned up in the atmosphere) in 2018, but a new one was launched in 2021 and no news about it crashing or being out of commission or anything.
However the ISS will be decommissioned in 2026 with "natural orbital decay" beginning around 2026 so I guess we'll have to be watchful starting from then.
