The most likely explanation is that the Jews who own the company you sent your DNA to are literally messing with you. You are probably of a bloodline they are attempting to do something to. They literally think of themselves as the owners of all non Jewish people and they have intentions towards everyone else.

Neanderthal won't show as a 0 as its not a tested population. Take your genome file and look for the markers that actually match skeletons DNA tested ect.

Using this method you can see where your ancestors were in recorded history. Neanderthal will be overlaps you share.

You might want to call the dna testing company and go through the process of them removing your information from record.
Insurance companies are already denying treatment for certain conditions, stating genetic predisposition as per dna test results, for entire family lines.
Genetic discrimination is already a thing and is only bound to get worse with time.
