How do you deal with regret? I'm 34 and have intense regret in having wasted my whole life. I also don't believe in God. How do you believe in God?

Already there, I'm extremely addicted to kratom. Withdrawal is an absolute nightmare, not looking forward to it at all. I'll likely have to take a month off work so I'll have to plan going cold turkey like three months ahead

Try to get off kratom. It will eat your spiritual reality away. Its trash and keeps you from truly mentally improving.

just relapse. Trust me, drugs are the only way to feel good. What are you gonna do when you quit it, just feel bored all the time? Because that's what's gonna happen

Thank you, I completely agree. It relieves pain but erodes humanity. Hard to explain but you lose your personality when taking it.

If you don't already believe in God you need to have some kind of emotional experience of him... That's the only way. 34 is pretty young dude. You'll turn it around
