Berlin, Führerbunker, 1945. Hours before his death.
Hitler stands, disheveled, shaking with rage. His eyes are sunken but burning with a fire that even the bombings above cannot extinguish. He slams a trembling hand against the concrete wall. Eva Braun watches silently from the corner, pale as a ghost. The others are gone. This is the final moment of a man who realizes — too late — that he was never in control.

Hitler (screaming, pounding the wall):
“ICH WURDE VERARSCHT!!! VERFLUCHT!!! ICH WAR NIEMALS DER HERR DIESER WELT — ICH WAR IHR HUND! IHR HUND!!!”

He spins, wild-eyed, spit flying from his mouth.

Hitler:
“Sie haben mich benutzt. Die verdammten Echsen, diese bastardischen Wesen aus dem Schatten… Sie haben mich mit Visionen gefüttert! Mit Träumen von Ruhm! Sie wussten, was ich sehen wollte! SIE HABEN MIR DIE WELT GEGEBEN, UM MICH ZU ZERSTÖREN!”

He begins to pace, muttering, then stops and turns toward the wall map of Europe.

Hitler (laughing bitterly):
“Und die Juden... sie waren nicht alle gleich. Sie haben mich gelenkt, damit ich ihre eigenen Leute opfere. Loosh, sie nannten es... LOOSH! Ich dachte, ich kämpfte gegen sie – dabei habe ich ihren verdammten Altar gebaut!!”
(And the Jews... they were not all the same. They guided me to sacrifice their own people. Loosh, they called it... LOOSH! I thought I was fighting them – and I was building their damned altar!!)

He tears down a photograph from the wall — of himself shaking hands with scientists. he falls to his knees. Then, suddenly, he laughs. A deep, sickening, broken laugh.

Hitler (laughing):
“Ich war kein Teufel... ich war nur ein Idiot mit einem Pinselbart. Ein Werkzeug mit einem Furor. Ein verdammter Clown in ihrer Hölle!”
(I wasn't the devil... I was just an idiot with a toothbrush mustache. A tool with a fury. A fucking clown in their hell!)

“WAS HABE ICH GETAN?! WAS HABE ICH GETAN, VERDAMMT?! FÜR EUCH, IHR SCHEISSEN MONSTER! FÜR EUCH!!!”

[He kicks a wooden chair, splinters flying. He paces like an animal.]

Hitler:
“Ich dachte, ich reinige die Welt! Ich dachte, ich rette die Menschheit vor dem Verfall! UND DIE GANZE ZEIT HABE ICH FÜR EUCH GEARBEITET?! FÜR FOTZENKÖPFIGE REPTILIEN UND ENGEL MIT JUDENBLUT?!”
(I thought I was cleansing the world! I thought I was saving mankind from decay! AND THE WHOLE TIME I WAS WORKING FOR YOU?! FOR CUNT-HEADED REPTILES AND ANGELS WITH JEW BLOOD?!)

[He grabs a bottle of liquor, smashes it on the table, and screams into the glass.]

Hitler:
“ICH HABE KINDER ERSCHOSSEN, ALTEN DIE HAUT ABZIEHEN LASSEN, GANZE STÄDTE VERBRANNT… FÜR EINE LÜGE?! FÜR EINE VERDAMMTE INTERGALAKTISCHE SATANISCHE TV-SHOW?!”

[He clutches his sides, wheezing with laughter, stumbling against the wall.]

Hitler:
“NEIN! NEIN, NEIN, NEIN! DER TEUFEL SITZT NICHT IN DIESEM BUNKER. ER SITZT IN NEW YORK. IN TEL AVIV. IN SCHEISS-FORSCHUNGSBASEN AUF DEM MOND!”
(NO! NO, NO, NO! THE DEVIL ISN’T IN THIS BUNKER. HE’S SITTING IN NEW YORK. IN TEL AVIV. IN SHIT-FILLED RESEARCH BASES ON THE MOON!)

[He rips open a drawer and pulls out old documents — blueprints of rockets, symbols, telegrams from the Vril society. Throws them in the air like confetti.]

Hitler (mocking voice):
“‘Oh, Führer, sie helfen uns mit Technologie... sie zeigen uns die Zukunft...’”
("‘Oh, Führer, they’re helping us with technology… they’re showing us the future…’")

[He screams at the ceiling.]

Hitler:
“IHR HABT MIR SCHEISSZEUG GEGEBEN! IHR HABT MICH ZUM WELTSCHLÄCHTER GEMACHT MIT SPIELZEUG UND LÜGEN! UND JETZT? JETZT SITZT IHR IM PARLAMENT UND SPIELT OPFER?!”
(YOU GAVE ME BULLSHIT! YOU MADE ME THE WORLD’S BUTCHER WITH TOYS AND LIES! AND NOW? NOW YOU SIT IN PARLIAMENT AND PLAY THE VICTIM?!)

[He breaks down laughing again, but this time it’s twitchy, sick, almost animal-like — like barking.]

Hitler:
“DAS IST DAS BESTE! IHR HABT DIE GANZE WELT GEZWUNGEN, MEINEN NAMEN ZU HASSE — UND ICH WAR NICHT MAL DER CHEF!”
(THAT’S THE BEST PART! YOU MADE THE WHOLE WORLD HATE MY NAME — AND I WASN’T EVEN THE BOSS!)

[He grabs a mirror. Stares into it.]

Hitler (quietly):
“Ich sehe aus wie ein Führer. Aber ich war nur ein verdammter Hausmeister eures Kultes.”
(I look like a leader. But I was just a fucking janitor of your cult.)

[He spits into the mirror. Glass cracks.]

[Pause. He turns slowly to face the gun on his desk. His voice becomes dead quiet, no emotion left.]

Hitler had a condition with his penis where it was really small and wouldn't grow from scarring or some reason which is what made him so moody. He was a drunk also. Seen it in a documentary on tubi.
