I am not a Catholic - if anything my beliefs/interests align with a kind of Buddhist-Gnosticism (too long to explain) but Im not even sure about that.

Yet for some reason I am fascinated by the Rosary. I have rosary beads, I learned the prayers and their order and I am learning about the mysteries to meditate on whilst saying Hail Marys. For some reason it totally focussed and clams be, especially whilst holding the beads. I recite the prayers I my head whilst skipping for Muay Thai/boxing and it gets me through a difficult cardio session. Totally settles my mood. I get really attached to rosary beads.

Not sure why or what that means.

If you wanted my personal ritual, you could have just asked:
>1. Wait until nightfall, close lights in my home and light up two candles on two candleholders
>2. Ring my Tibetan bowl three times, then draw a symbol on a sheet of paper representing what I want to be made manifest (example: if I wanted money I'd draw a dollar sign in an occult style)
>3. Ring my Tibetan bowl three times again, then write a short but effective phrase above and below the symbol (example: "I summon thee, riches and money")
>4. Ring my tibetan bowl three times for the last time, then fold the sheet of paper randomly until I get an origami sigil
>5. Blow the candles, take the origami sigil outside and burn it using kindling and a match
>6. Go back inside, turn back on the lights and spend the rest of my time however I please
I'll usually do this once a day unless I was really busy with something. It helps get my mind off of whatever I want to get but can't get right now. I've always gotten what I wanted eventually, the longest it took was up to a year.

I'll just be here to observe because the TL;DR of my rituals is whenever the fuck with whatever the fuck I want because I said so that's why!

I generally try to be polite here, but I've found that compassion, tho it is my greatest strength, becomes a bit of an exploit at times that causes various overloads. It's annoying, manageable, but all I'm saying is, I'm annoyed but I'm still Me. Anyway, to everyone else, I wish you luck with your ritual practices and just a reminder to approach with caution, but if you know what you're doing then don't let yipping bitches hold you back :3
ty and have a Blessed Day <3

I created a water portal in a bowl, when i was much younger, scared myself silly but found a piece of rock in the bowl 'from the other side' or wherever, when i was done. I still feel like i made a really big mistake messing around like that -am never doing it again.

rituals is like moving a vacuum cleaner around the house without having it plugged in to power. You're doing something to no effect. Rituals dont hold power in the real world. They only work in fiction.

>what is the placebo effect
even if you know it doesn't work, it can affect you. placebo is so strong they have to control for it in almost all scientific research involving people. rituals don't hold power in the world but you can hold power in them

I've only done this ritual twice, but it's arguably one of the best rituals one can accomplish solo. It's the O9A's Grade Ritual of Internal Adept. The first time I went 3 months from the spring equinox to summer solstice, and then the second time being from spring to fall equinox. I did it because it granted me patience, insight and perspective. Spending any long duration in the woods alone grants one peace and tenacity regardless of the spiritual connotations associated with it. Doing so within the context of O9A frameworks is both freeing and even more powerful than doing so in a secular context. In any case, I still highly recommend it.

Spiritual buffs and relics. Just as there is evil there is also good. Darkness cannot exist without light.
Hold your Holy Relics close, for we wrestle with the unseen.
