How would they even manage this logistically? Roughly 3.5 million children are born each year, you would have to somehow get them from their parents and transport them to the blacksite flawlessly 3.5 million times, you would then also have to do stuff like paying off gas station attendants and drivers to move them around. Even given that they can manage that if their op-sec is so utterly perfect that it hasn't leaked in any provable way then how the fuck did you find out (Seeing hallucinations while high on drugs or asleep is not actually evidence).
