Do you know why we have dozens of denominations of Christian’s and not just one Catholic Church? Martin Luther broke off from the church back in the day when the pope was selling tickets to heaven. That’s how we got to where we are. The church is a power structure that has historically overthrown nations. Do you know any world leaders that would willingly give up that kind of power?

If you were to put faith in yourself then you would truly never make any kind of bargain with others as the concept of doomed, concept of ascension, concept of good deeds, is all bullshit accordingly, right? Jokes aside, I was raised Catholic but I am also a student of western esotericism so I have many ideas that the church would probably call me a heretic for, but I don’t believe these two areas of study are necessarily in conflict with each other, in fact I find as I study both deeply my knowledge of one enhances my understanding of the other. My main point is that even mainstream Christians do not, in their own dogma, believe that everyone who has doubts goes to hell.

Yes and no, I don’t want to give you the impression that you can just do whatever you want and be saved, but it has long been asserted by the church that, like I said before, the word of the Lord is written on the hearts of man, and if you follow that word you can be saved. The question that this then raises is “why bother being Christian then.” My answer is this: there are many paths to the top of a mountain, but some are more perilous than others. Following Christ is a safe way up the path, and dabbling in the occult is especially dangerous for those who do not have good religious foundations. Moreover, God wants us to have a relationship with him, the Christian church can help guide you to that and enter you into fellowship with other believers.
