My beef with gnosticism is that it doubles down on the belief that Evil and everything unfortunate in this world is the cause of a deity being a massive dick, instead of the Genesis implications that Man IS the creator of Evil, and that it was born out of the fear of not being important in God's eyes and having the knowledge of living in an imperfect living world, but blaming it on another deity, which Satan was nore than happy to occupy the role of.
