real answer: I suspect you just don't go outside enough. And when you do, you're kind of more reserved and rarely open up with strangers/friends.

your 7th house (one on one relationships) is ruled by saturn your out of sect malefic. Saturn is associated with delays, things might get easier around your saturn return but you have a night chart so saturn will generally be less constructive and more just challenging for you.

It could but depends on the placement and what other things are doing, how dignified it is, etc. Saturn has that cold, constricting energy so it can have those kinds of delays even with positive aspects, but it really depends on what the rest of the chart is and how the saturn is placed.
It can manifest in a variety of ways though like maybe just having a much older (or younger) partner, or just very slowly developing relationships, or just more of that cold sober approach to stuff.
