The death of nuance is also characteristic for Xrist/Christ dying in the populace. Think about how many more "moderates" or centrists there truly were in the modern ages prior, now you would be hard-pressed to find one that isn't simply playing the role of a milquetoast fence-sitter, or mid-wit. "Christ" to the advanced alien races is a very sacred figure. He is not some simple scape goat but a figure for the very nature of the middleground itself. Anytime you find the middleground, you are following Christ, anytime you choose nuance over absolution, you are following Christ, anytime you choose the middle path instead of left or right, you are following Christ. Christ is the 3rd option when everyone else would much rather prefer for there to only be TWO. He is the person the idiots blame when things go sideways (because if he didn't exist, things would be SO MUCH easier, and black and white), and he is the person intellectually meek and oblivious pray to for forgiveness of their blindness. He is often referred to simply as "The Administrator" but most alien species even, due to the scope and magnitude of his power/influence.
