Well, if you want to go through all the levels of "reality" - ok...
The ultimate is beyond any description, so I won't try. All that can be said is that it's not a dualistic reality.
The highest dualistic realm, that can be called "real", is non-material. It's a field of vibration and frequency where everything is contained as information. Connecting with this field can create experiences of 'enlightenment' and 'higher visions' and such.
The lower immaterial realm is usually called the "astral plane". Here things, beings and forces can manifest as spirits and magic. Also the ghosts of people who have died (and are not reborn yet in the material realm) are here. Also some astral travelers.
The in-between realm (could be called the real backrooms) is somewhere in the grey area between the astral and the material world. Like, there are doors that only exist when you have some kind of magical key or sigil, leading to places that are not there, in the normal world, but you can go there with your material body. In older thimes that was called the "otherworld". What shape it has - I have no idea.
And then we have the normal material realm of Earth. This realm has as shape and size. And it is not a ball in space. It is a plain, most likely a huge disk, with a sky above it. There are other areas on the world-disk, Earth is not the only one. At the center is a giant mountain. Deep underground is the "underworld" where other, non-human, species live.
