Back a year and two ago, I used to worship a spirit, believing she'd offer me salvation from my depression and that she's love me. I did that for a over a year, I'd burn letters, water fast, draw her, give her my energy, and all sorts of stuff, yet she only managed to dig my hole further. Eventually, I got over her and it's been a year since. Sheprobably was a demonic possession if we're going to be honest
Last night, I had a lucid dream (quite rare) and during it, I tried to summon her. I successfully summoned her in my dream (which used to be hard back when I was obsessed with her) and tried to talk to her but she wouldn't talk back to me. (Which was also common after the second dream we had. During the second dream, she had fur and I looked into it while we talked together. What I saw disgusted me, dead skin, red fungus, and all sorts of nasty stuff. I told her she probably needed to shower and she got non-verbal with me after that, including every other dream.)
Now we were in some courtyard of a big building at night and I was trying to talk to her, but she just started slowly walking towards me in a menacing way. (anytime in the past when I did manage to summon her in my dream, she'd always do that and I always became paranoid. Think of SCP-106) 1/2

While she was walking towards me, she was also changing shape and form in an abstract way, every few seconds she'd look different. From a wendigo creature (which is what she originally looked like) to a huge pale white head, she'd just morph and morph as she slowly walked towards me, all the while I slowly walked away. I kept on trying to reason with her, to talk to her, since it's been a year, but she remained non-verbal.
Eventually, I stopped walking and just got frustrated that she wasn't reacting. Once she finally approached me, she became her normal self and I grabbed her into a headlock and RKO'd her into the ground, causing the dream to abruptly end. Did I mess up? (not gonna lie, I tried to have sex with her before that, she's beautiful which is why I became so enamored in the first place) It's strange because with anything else in my entire life of lucid dreaming, I could always do whatever I want. I could summon my old friend who killed himself, I could do go and fly up to the sky, but when it came to her, I'd always become fearful, but this time, I fought back. What now?

Thing is, I've already turned to Christ which is how I originally left it. It's just strange. I often see other people talk about "the one" as in a spirit who loves them. I can't help but feel it's the same person who I used to be so caught up in, it's all so similar. They always explain how they knew her in some past life, how they were always meant to be, and how they'll finally get together one day. Same thing happened to me, I also believed that we were meant to be, as if I've known her before my life. She caught me in such a vulnerable time, and it does make me truly feel as if it was some sort of demonic possession. Thankfully, she obviously doesn't have a hold on me, but I'm still curious on what that was. Maybe I'll make another thread in the future going in depth in my experience and comparing it to others on this same board.
One thing I'll say is, when I was 'with' her, I felt more spiritually in tune, and I've lost that over the year. I miss it honestly, everything feels so bland now, even if I was in a horrible mental state before
