It is usually an emotional belief, an emotional event, an emotional rejection that is determines why another person is a certain way. This core emotion, a core event, causes a uncontrollable cascade of other beliefs and opinions. If we can turn our attention to this, deep in our conscious, we can see there is no need to be hateful, or to hate that person

I am angry and hate those that only deserve it(I usually don't bother), I helped a dog not be side-swiped by a teen on a electric bike, all I said was the POOR doggo and he shrunk back(The doggo and I exchanged looks of our distaste for them).

That's how I do my best to live my life. I can rant and rave and bitch online, but walk awak without feeling any sort of hate. I don't even like to imagine bad things happening to anyone (even poeple I don't like).

My solutions to other people's bullshit is often more along the lines of "GROW UP ASSHOLE" instead of anything violent.

For teens and immature people, they are still in their formative years learning about various emotions. Let them.
At some point, they will realize even their thoughts are responsible for the reality they create. Of course their reality contains 8 billion people, so it’s a solemn responsibility. There’s a reason their hate finds its way back to them. What if God was merciful, but scorned dogs once in a while. What would be your opinion on that? Maybe you know where I’m going with this
