I can help with that question!
So,.just like everyone else at their time of passing they are placed in front of the reflecting pool. That's it.
What comes of that is ultimately up to the individual. Tibetians call this Bardo, but I like to think of it as "Viewing things with a bit more perspective that cannot be denied because it's simply reflective"
If it is suffering, that is because that is what is being reflected in the moment of reflection. If it is peace, then likewise.
The point of reflection is to take in perspective you may have missed while still alive. Then after that's all sorted out, the kamas are measured and doled accordingly to make the balance zero. These are done with pearls, which are formed in reflection. A black pearl for a pain, a white pearl for a gain. The two pearls are measured and dissolved against one another. If a pearl remains, whether black or white, it must be accounted for properly. If it is a black pearl, then the remaining kamas must be scrubbed away, with a bit of a scrowing brush that's kind of like, grungy and rusty. If the pearl is white, it's set aside for later when you are reincarnated again, of which, if you reflected, you will be, the higher kama dictating the comfort of the next go around.
Ultimately, the goal is to be at a state that when you die, you already are aware of who and what you are, that reflection is unnecessary, because you were never alive to begin with and there was nothing to escape from. There wasn't even a You, just a temporary presence of Being that said "Me"
