It's the mystique of it all. There are plenty of masked characters in media that I find alluring because of it. Putting a facce to those particular characters kind of ruins the appeal. I have the opposite opinion, nothing ruins bara art like the shitty faces that they all seem to have, I'd much rather see a buckethead on a good body than another one of those characterized or overly-simplified smashed flat wide faces with unattractively exaggerated expressions that plagues bara art.

I just really do not like exaggerated expressions. A great body and scene can get completely ruined by a shitty facial expression, faces are natural focal points and they can absolutely make or break an image. The skin coloring in combination with the highlights makes it look like Cyclops is made of rubber. It looks like a mistake commonly seen in early digital art.
