You mean photogrammetry (generating a mesh from many photos) or face scanning (using 3d scanners), right? Mocap is for animation.
There was a guy on this very board making a similar sculpt of an asian female. Check >>970317 on the archives. It is possible but it requires quite a lot of skill.

Wut? Warosu and archived have /3/. Most 4chan archives have links to other archives with board lists. Like for example go to the 4plebs "credits" page, it has a list.

Yes, I made a similar woman for a project without a 3d scan recently, it's going to be difficult for you if you're new at sculpting likeness.

Technically yes. It's a steep learning curve though. Maybe you could download a pre-made face model and then try to modify the features to get the face you want?
