Definitely furry porn, if youre good at animating definitely do that, otherwise team up with an animator and supply them models. Commissions will roll in eventually. And furries dont mind paying premium if your models are well rigged.

Vrchat models is also a really good option but you kinda need to play the game and understand the community to make popular assets. You can create clothing, accessories, props, or entire avatars and sell them on gumroad or jinxxy.
