What do you think is the most comfy platform to upload and organize your projects? Basically I'd like to:
* Create some kind of entry per project, with title, would be amazing to be able to manually set date from past for when you want to upload an old project
* Under this entry post screenshots/renders/files in form of images and videos and models
* Maybe some extra description field that allows leaving some extra notes and information on the project
* Maybe a comment section if someone wants to ask anything about it
* Maybe some kind of visibility setting that allows certain projects to only be visible to certain categories of people? For example I want to upload everything mostly just for myself to go through my stuff and get reminded of progress I made through time, but many of those projects are something that I probably wouldn't show to just anyone

It's just a short form of "comfortable".
This word was popular way before your zoomergate nazi-troon wars.
In my 3rd world hellhole we have a shop named "Comfy" that's been called that at least since 2010.

Is there actually ANY place at all where you can upload even your shitty projects just as a way of archiving it for yourself?
On Artstation as I see it you would only ever want to post your best works, it's not gonna work as a semi-private archive.

Deviantart's probably the closest to what you want honestly, you could create a folder for each project and upload relevant content into them. That'd take care of basically everything you want minus videos (you have for Core (basically DA premium) to upload them). It also doesn't have a model viewer if that's what you mean by "models", but I can't imagine that's a common thing for platforms to have in general.
I can't really comment on other portfolio/art sites because 90% of my projects are either military aircraft or fetish porn and only upload the fetish porn so I have little use for them, but they might be similar so I'd shop around.
Besides that I think the other option would be a personal website ala Neocities or Firebase, since you'd be able to make it exactly the way you want.
I'm fairly certain youtube allows you to embed non-age-restricted videos into external sites which would allow you to avoid filling up the limited free storage those platforms give you. You'd lose comments though, unless you wanted to implement them yourself but at that point you probably don't need any advice I can give you.
A simple HTML/CSS webpage is pretty simple to make, though, even for someone who doesn't know how to program.

I was looking for somewhere to stay too. I tried BlueSky and Reddit, but I didn’t really like either of them. The social media format felt too messy. DeviantArt was the closest, but the last time I was there, it seemed kind of abandoned.
