At a glance? Hes got scapular dyskinesis and excessive winging. Part of it is postural, part is that hes a skeleton who's never trained serratus anterior, and i cant really tell from the angle but it might be increased laxity from being marfans.
If this is you go see a physio, you'll get real issues later in life
