Pretty good for a web only irregular but mostly biweekly manga like this. It probably would've needed like 2000 sales to not get axed, so most likely it'll continue on for a while. It's published in Dora Dora Sharp, which has a lot of series that started out as doujinshis. Which probably can explain why it's so popular.

It's such a long time ago that I can't remember what has been translated or not. But if it's not on mangadex, chances are they're not translated most likely.

I wouldn't exactly compare reading books and surfing the internet the same as reading comics, the fonts have more effect in comics.
In general I have a few fonts I usually keep to, which are readable and works well, which I think a lot of people prefer when they're reading. I honestly don't think you should use more than three fonts or something in a series. One for discussion, one for sfx, one for narrator, maybe one for shouting, something like that.

I'm not certain, but there's a doujinshi translated by /u/ translations that are up, so I sort of doubt it. Everything English translated would most likely be purged if there had been a fakku/irodori takedown. This artist has mostly not made that many ero doujinshis, there are like two on sadpanda, and about six non-h ones with idolmaster characters.
We can probably upload to sadpanda and make a gallery of the stuff, I haven't done it before but how hard can it be? Similarly to the pixiv galleries that are already there. But most of the nsfw stuff should probably be posted to mangadex.
An alternative is also just doing like they do for a lot of artist's like Imo Ichirou and just have a collective title page for twitter and pixiv stuff.

It's really not my place to say since I unfortunately can't offer anything to help, but it would be great to "get it over with" in a way, especially now that we have an active and competent group of people working directly from /a/. I did like that shift, it changes their dynamics so stuff doesnt get stale. At first Sou was unknowingly sexually teasing Nozomu and he was really falling in love with her cousin. But it was until the haunted house chapter that Nozomu came to the realization (or rather came to terms with) that Sou has familial love for him; and at the same time Sou realizes that she romantically loves her cousin.

Then grandpa chapter came around and kicked the table, now Nozomu's parents, his relatives and his grandpa are aware that Sou very likely has romantical feelings for Nozomu, they are just trying to shrug it off and hoping it's just a phase that will sort itself. Except the Nozomu's aunt gave him a subtle warning to treat Sou as he would to his little sister. A warning that Sou overheard as well.

Now that Mikoto is coming into the scene, she's going to be likely the matchmaker to make Sou and Nozomu start dating IMO. But first she's going to tease Sou a lot and make her jelly. Same could happen with Nozomu.

I also went mildly insane upon excessive exposure to Mikotonium, so here's an extra version.

Following spoiler is me yapping about the process:
It took about 4.5 hours. Mikoto appears in chapter 16, 17, 20, 26, 27. And also the just released 32. The collage that anon sent had them all from chapter 27, and I needed more Mikotos to fill it out(9 out of 11 spaces). But then I had an excess, so I ended up laying Morekotos around the borders. None were from chapter 32 though; it's a shame that it just came out but I'm too spent to add more to it. My skills are okay and my process was, at parts, terribly inefficient, but it's done.
