The original premise of the story was Nobita wanting to have his own story published, so Doreamon gives him a tool that would put his stuff together and turn it into a magazine for sale. But with his poor drawing skill+shit writing no one wanted to read it.
So instead, they collected the surveys of everyone and made a list of their favorite mangakas. They then ai slopped a bunch stories in the style of these mangakas and created their magazine. Nobita of course added his own stuff in between as well.
In the end the magazine was a huge success but the reader surveys all said Nobita's series needs to be axed. Nobita pissed at the reaction decides to end the whole operation.
