I read the first chapter, I don't mind more Isekai with gimmicky sex, I consider it a counter to the endless Ecchi bait tripe.
It also seems to be very nicely drawn, gotta see where the story will go, too early to tell.

I read the third series, it's exactly this series but MC has a younger face and it got canned, the author said he was bringing the series to a platform that would allow more leeway on the lewd and gory scenes

So how did Infection end anyway? Harem ending? Last time I checked, the MC had the onee-san classmate, the bottomless girl, and the childhood friend all vying for his dick.
It's honestly impress that it lasted a whooping 30 volumes.
Infection was pretty huge back in the day, like it could reach 60-70k per vols. Could've exploded if it had an anime adaptation though. By the end of it, it struggled to break 10k.
