Fiends were completely dropped as a concept in part 2, instead the devils themselves are a lot more humanlike in behavior.
Primals are a good example since they went from incomprehensible horrors like Darkness to goofballs like Falling and Aging, or Fire that is also very normal in behavior.
If Blood appears it'll be as a devil.
