Why do many people think Shamrock is stronger than Shanks?

Shamrock grew up as a spoiled Celestial dragon. He didn't have to fight for his life like Shanks did.

Katakuri is a triplet, and his brothers Oven and Daifuck aren't as strong.

Sanji is stronger than his brothers.
