What's the worst reaction you've ever had to Kengan Omega? How much did your blood boil? Did it affect you in real life?

I had a stroke at Lu Tian, Fei vs. Waka broke my brain, and then Eddie's party made it melt out of my ears.

The worst reaction? Why, that's incredible easy. Many rookies would remember their worst reaction as the first time they laid eyes upon the monstrosity known as Yumigahama, that ugly technique-stealing freak! But anon, I'm here to tell you, even Yumi pales in comparison to the sheer evil that is LUOHAN! When I first saw him, I knew that I had it all wrong, and that this was truly a man in the top five villians my eyeballs would ever react to. I broke out in hives and had several micro-strokes in that very instant, and to this day I'm still bed-bound on opioids. LUOHAN, THAT DEVIL, TRULY HE IS MORE DESERVING OF THE TITLE OF THE DEVIL THAT KURE RAIAN. I FEAR HIM, I LOATHE HIM, I HATE HIM EVEN MORE THAN WAKA HATES THE NIKO STYLE.

>he can manually increase the heartbeat to increase the blood flow which makes him temporarily stronger.
>similarly, he can give himself brain damage to ignore the limitation of his body to hit harder or fight faster
>but slowing down or limiting his body function is retarded

See the thing about the breathing shit is that if it showed up in, say, Hokuto no Ken I wouldn't bat an eye at it. I specifically have a problem with it in Kengan because this is a setting where pro wrestling and MMA are, theoretically, competitive with the magical martial arts. Which goes completely out the window when you establish a fucking xianxia reincarnator in your setting.

Also don't forget all of this comes from PURE SKILL FROM THOUSANDS OF YEARS' WORTH OF MEMORIES TRANSFERRED BY HUISHENG and therefore that monster Luohan can acquire it by reading a PDF. Except he can't, because Shen offhandedly said Luohan still ain't shit compared to him, so we're back to square zero in not knowing how the fuck he's this powerful (other than it's definitely not Superman Syndrome)

If you showed this to me when I was reading Ashura I would assume in Kengan Omega fighters learn Ki or some other energy system that let's them perform special moves/abilities like street fighter.
Not "punch harder" but named attack

people like to exaggerate omega's flaws
lu tian vs agito, agito vs gao, ohma vs lolong, ed vs raian, shen's anything, etc etc etc. none of those things are that bad or egregious
the biggest thing and biggest abortion sandro ever laid was ohma's comeback, it's a low kengan will never reach again. if you disagree you're a nikonigger and an ohmafag and therefore you're invalid

While I agree, I have to say Ohma coming back could have been handled much much better. For starters not making him come back stronger than he ever was. Giving him a mentor role. Making him get eclipsed by characters like Ryuki and Koga around middle of Omega.

I don't. It's been a long time since I felt angry because of Kengan or Sandro. I still follow it weekly hoping for a laugh or to shitpost with anons but beyond that I barely feel any strong feelings towards the manga anymore. And frankly I think it's stupid to feel anger towards it anymore. It's bad and we can't do anything about it, might as well take the piss and laugh it off.

It was a slow descent into madness so there wasn't a standout moment. Though the most helpless situation was when I "synchronized" with Keng/a/n and begging for Willem to survive

I love how on that day, four edits were made independently and posted at the same time, and all four of them knew they should leave the "turning my brain off" panel completely unchanged. Synchronicity.
