The colour feels off compared with the previous season, certain scenes lack impact (The Evil Eye build up was lackluster) and the actions scenes didn't feel as energetic as they could have been. There are other things that are hard to pinpoint so the best way I can put it is that at times it feels more like a western cartoon than a Japanese anime.
