It could count as somewhere between. her family got forced into debt to target her, and whether the required money was enough to make sex a required condition or not it's known that can get better conditions in some cases. It's also obvious she would prefer to not do it the first time, even if her problems would have had her make the same choice again if asked then. If conditions had led to him being able to pay her himself directly without going through anyone else, she'd have still had sex with him for the money. If he gave her the choice and she knew there were no negative consequences she would have have waited for some future day to start that part of the job.
