He's her childhood friend who is clearly getting tons of signals from both Momo and Okarun that they are interested in each other and she hasn't once properly responded to his claims that he considers her a dear person in his life. Even Aira, who is canon horny as hell for Okarun, has never done more than hugged him and draped herself on him.

Heights aren’t that important other than helping fanart be more accurate but birthdays are to a degree. It confirms how old the characters are, the year/time setting of the story and gives the fandom a specific day to celebrate characters with fanart. Plus I want to know how old Seiko is.
