Pretty easily. Date ends, Kazuya goes through a little depression arc because he got rejected, Chizuru probably also goes through a little depression because she feels bad about what happened and still has some unresolved feelings, Kazuya goes through some rebound shit with Ruka and Mami that pads the series for 50+ more chapters, then after ruminating for a while and having another dumb arc where she comes to terms with her feelings, Chizuru says fuck it and asks Kazuya out.
