I have not read these early parts of the webcomic before and I'm surprised how it's basically the same as the manga/anime with only some very few additions done to it. Even the panelling are very alike. A shame Murata stopped adapting it this faithfully.

Is the webcomic still going? Is the professional manga even followign it anymore or did it just make up shit as it went after the garou fight?

Web comic is still ongoing whenever ONE wants to update it. The last year the updates seem to have settled down to 1 ch per 3 months though.

Depends on how fast you go. Running 10km slowly is nothing.

100 pull-ups is super hard if you have to do them in one go. If you're allowed to space them around the day then it's not impossibly hard. But I don't think Saitama would do them like that, he'd just start doing pull-ups and not stop until he's at 100.
