That works for the start and the tryhard team, but catastrophically falls apart during the tournament where everyone whines about having to be a team player in order to last more than 10 min.
You can't whine about someone giving up in a 1v6 and then whine because someone scrapped their legs during a physical outdoor game and whine because they expect you to practice for the tournament.
The tryhard team expecting someone to be a "team player" is really retarded as well. That's fine if you're the captain of the little league team where you want little Timmy to have fun, but there's absolutely no reason to put one of your top 3 players in the healbitch role and handicap the whole team. Doing so is equally selfish and outright damaging. If she was doing retarded plays and overextending resulting in the team performing worse that would be fine, but if your healslut outkills your entire team in only 10% of the timer and you insist on putting her there you should resign from being captain.
