This feels like the most grounded Jojo part so far, with the stand powers being either weak or situational, but still being effective because even a bad superpower is a big advantage over no superpower.

Such a fucking fantastic chapter, this is shaping up to be a top 5 arc in the entire franchise with just how good it is.
I honestly struggle to find the words to explain how much I love Paco and this entire arc we’re in. It’s too good, I’m so grateful that in this timeline especially after the decade long shit show that was jojolion, we can still witness a legendary mangaka from the old days of jump still consistently putting out his BEST work and still creating iconic moments.

There’s also Laem Chebang and Key West who may or may not stick by Howlers side. Lulu is our wildcard, I’m excited to see what happens with her.

If they just killed off dragon jojo the story could really spread its wings. The death of dragon would be hugely motivation for his brother and the rest of the squad. It would remove having to show him in panels. It would give breathing room for Jodio to be seen as jojo the protagonist. So many problems with the manga simpluy because of dragon.

But concerning the theory, I think you're half right. We know that Bag's Groove is semi-automatic, so full physical contact could absolutely accelerate it since she'd be able to send more of them. I think that Laem was the one who sent the messages, but next chapter we'll see her suddenly die extremely quickly or at least quickly in relation to our team because Lulu stacked a bunch of them before activating them all at once.
