I usually watch this every summer and binged the first 6 episodes of endless 8 but couldn't finish the rest because of other things in life happening, finished the rest of it yesterday. Haruhi was never quite my favorite even though I've always liked it but it's finally grown on me to being a favorite

Unique and consistent art direction, every visual motif was well thought out and implemented. The characters' archetypes may seem plain and overused in , but they seemed wacky and fun enough when I first saw it. Has just enough characters that a monkey-brain viewer can tell between them without knowing their names.

No storyline, every episode is self-contained, you can turn your brain off and simply click play. The one slice of life show that makes me think, "Take notes, Kyoani."

Wish they made another season.

i don't watch much anime and i don't think i could choose one manga to name it as my personal goat. Kanoe Yuuko is my eternal waifu but i wouldn't call TOxA the goat, maybe something like akira, blame, bakemono, there's a lot of great manga.

If i had to choose one anime, i think i'd choose Madoka. 2 reasons being it's a really great, emotional story and i love it, it does everything right. and second being that normoids will never understand it.

Never watched Renmei but it must be really good if it makes you seethe so much.

hunter x hunter. it has all the fun of a battle shonen with the depth of more serious series like berserk.

gon and meruem's story line in CA is the best stuff in any anime ever. the only stuff holding back CA is the pacing and poorly placed characters.
