I think it's warranted. They all had dreams, but no real idea how to achieve them. They just assumed "if I want it really really really hard, it's gonna happen, yes?". It wasn't until he came with his analytic mind, and showed them how to actually get there. So IMO he has every right to act like a leader and have demands. They all agree, that in 6 months with him pushing them to their limits, they made more progress than before. He earned his right to be like that.

Not all tsundere-ish characters are the same. Itsuki is more of a tsun than Nino. Nino went from -100 to 100. Nene isn't some mindless love machine stopping at nothing to get the guy she likes, she's deeper than Nino.
Not all introverts are the same either. Miku had 3 chapters about liking oldmen and spent the next 100+ chapters being hopelessly in love and being a shitty cook. Iko is different in how she handles her feelings, her relationships, and that she has goals that don't revolve around dick.
Rikka is nothing like Ichika, Rikka's confidence is easily worn away and she's just a dork that talks big. Ichika wasn't that. Rikka isn't a snake either.
Comparing Yotsuba to Shinobu is completely wrong too. Shinobu isn't passive and she actually wants to do something other than feel bad about herself. Getting Arisu is an afterthought to her.
